1.Fruits- Apple,orange,bananas,strawberry,blueberry,etc.
2.Vegetables-Green vegetables,carrots,beans,pulses,etc
3.Diary product-Milk,paneer,butter,buttermilk,etc.
4.Nonveg - Chicken,eggs,beef,etc.
5. Breavages - Coffee or tea.
That's all for the healthy food we should have to eat.We should not smoke or drink anything if we want to be healthy.By smoking or drinking alcohol or body gets damage.
