For having a good Heath we should have to do some yoga and excersise at home or in garden in early morning when its fresh air outside.

4.Nonveg - Chicken,eggs,beef,etc.
5. Breavages - Coffee or tea.


That's all for the healthy food we should have to eat.We should not smoke or drink anything if we want to be healthy.By smoking or drinking alcohol or body gets damage.
